Western States CAT Office Renovation
Meridian, ID

This project was 25,000 sqft renovation and addition to the existing office space at WESCO Meridian. The existing space was completely remodeled with a new lobby, retail space, offices, conference rooms and elevator. The materials used in this design reflect both Idaho and Western States. A cantilevered precast concrete entry, flanked by an identifying monolith, leads into a modern lobby with high structural wood ceilings, modern lighting and natural materials. Full glass office and conference room doors make use of the large windows bringing natural light deep into the building.
