ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Glancey + McColly Architects offers a comprehensive range of design, planning, and architecture services to a diverse clientele comprising both public and private entities. Our firm is led by Principal Architects David Glancey and Ryan McColly.  Our team comprises a skilled workforce of designers, draftspersons, and administrative personnel. We take great pride in our collaborative design approach, which is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Our principals are actively involved in all project phases, working closely with clients, design consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
Our company employs cutting-edge building information modeling software, such as Archicad, Twinmotion and other 3D rendering tools. Our proficient team offers specification writing and technical assistance, complemented by extensive visual and manual drawing expertise. Our committed and skilled personnel collaborate effectively, leveraging each member’s strengths to achieve the assigned objectives.

We hold memberships with the American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architects Registration Board (NCARB), Construction Specifiers Institute (CSI), and the Idaho Association of Building Officials (IDABO).

Glancey + McColly Architects is licensed in the states of Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Ohio, and Washington.

History

Glancey + McColly Architects formerly Glancey Rockwell & Associates was originally established in 2001 when principal architects James T. Glancey and Peter H. Rockwell combined their respective firms to design Holy Apostles Catholic Church in Meridian, Idaho.

Though Peter Rockwell and James Glancey are still actively involved with the firm they have stepped down in their roles as principals, turning that role over to David and Ryan.  Ryan and Dave have brought their own unique design perspective to the firm while staying true to the excellence of design and service that was synonymous with Glancey Rockwell & Associates.
