The project is a single-story, 7,900 sq. ft. commercial building tailored specifically for vision care services, designed to present a calm, welcoming face to patients and families. The contemporary façade pairs warm horizontal wood panels with a bold blue volume and a dark roof plane that extends to form a sleek canopy over the main entrance. Large storefront glazing on one side reveals a bright, clean interior, while a series of narrow, vertically proportioned windows with individual canopies and accent lighting adds rhythm and human scale along the street-facing elevation, reinforcing the clinic’s identity as a modern, community-focused eye center.
